Ingredients

1 Bones from organic & pasture raised animals (can be chicken or beef, etc)

1 dash Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Veggies of your choice like celery & carrots

1 Himalayan Sea Salt

1 Pot of Filtered Water

Directions

1Place everything into a large pot and simmer. Chicken for 24 hours, other bones for 48 hours. Refill water as needed.

2Filter out the bones and veggies. Season to your liking with natural herbs and spices - no processed ones!

3Drink just like that, use as a base for soups, or add it to your smoothies.

4Keeps in the fridge for 1 week, in the freezer for 6 months.

5Gut healing, brain healing, anti-inflammatory, and a great source for connective tissue health (skin, cartilage, joints). Enjoy!
